Chapters

The success of CCA California is based upon a huge grassroots system

Local chapters are the foundation and key driver for grassroots fundraising, membership, development, and community outreach. CCA CAL’s objective is to conserve, promote, and enhance the present and future availability of the coastal resources for the benefit and enjoyment of the general public.

Since launching the California chapter in 2015, CCA CAL has started local chapters in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Inland Empire, Kern County, Santa Barbara, and the Channel Islands Chapter (Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Barbara). Each chapter is run by an all-volunteer board of directors. They are required to hold at least one fundraiser per year to remain an active chapter. CCA CAL has over 1,600 active members in California and will continue to grow and prosper.

We have goals to expand more chapters and are always looking for good people who want to get involved and participate in the future of our fishing.
