San Diego Chapter

The CCA California San Diego Chapter is a dedicated group within the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) committed to protecting marine resources and the interests of recreational anglers. Fighting for access to the resources they cherish and use daily in San Diego and the Southern California Coastal areas.

Through community outreach, communication with our local, state, and federal government, habitat restoration projects, and active involvement in fisheries management, the chapter works to ensure a sustainable future for both fish populations and local fishing communities. With strong grassroots support and a passion for protecting our fisheries and rights to fish them, the San Diego Chapter plays a vital role in preserving California’s coastal heritage.

Our chapter is proud to host and participate in several local and statewide events that bring the entire fishing community together. Keep an eye on our Social Media outlets to stay in the loop.

We extend our deepest thanks to our generous local sponsors and partners, whose continued support make these events and our conservation efforts possible. Their commitment plays a vital role in preserving California’s coastal heritage for future generations.
