The Coastal Conservation Association California (CCA CAL), the American Sportfishing Association (ASA) and a multitude of other businesses have recently submitted a letter to Senator Henry Stern, who serves as the Chair of the Natural Resources and Water Committee, showing opposition to California Assembly Bill 3030, which is scheduled to be presented to the committee in August.
